The Trainers' Showcase is back! Join us for this two-day conference where we'll network, learn from colleagues around the state, and have fun! The conference will take place on October 16th and 17th at the Hotel Interurban in Tukwila. Registration includes meals.
Come hear presentations from your peers across the state addressing today's hot training topics. Past attendees have frequently told us that this was their favorite WSTIP-hosted event. Not only was it fun, but they were able to take back to their agencies tidbits and training that they could actually use. Join us!
Trainers, human resources professionals, transit supervisors, and anyone else interested in transit training topics.
Registration is $150 per person. To register, login to WSTIP Learns. For hotel reservations, click here: WSTIP

He will draw upon this knowledge to discuss how gamification-driven training can impact your organization. Gamification-driven training enhances engagement and motivation by incorporating game-like elements such as challenges, rewards, point systems, badges, and leaderboards. This approach makes learning more interactive and enjoyable, leading to better retention of information and improved performance.
